Cancellation Policy
Cancel/ Reschedule
* 24-hour cancellation policy.
You must reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment or otherwise, you will be charged the full price of the scheduled service fee.
* Appointment cancellations must be made and confirmed by text, email or online.*
We work only by appointment and our availability is limited due to a high demand. If you need to change or cancel your appointment please try to let us know in advance.
No Shows
* No shows will be considered as same-day cancellation and those fees will apply.
Late Arrivals
* If you arrive more then 20 minutes for your appointment in some cases your service time may be shortened or treated as a no show.
Payment Policy
Payment Options
OCHI Beauty Studio accepts all major credit cards,
debit cards, and cash. A 4.5% tax will be added for all credit card transactions.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not required but it’s greatly appreciated and can be added by credit card, cash or Venmo.
Eyelash Extensions Policy
Eyelash Refills

Please note that there has to be least 50% of the lashes left to be considered for a refill.

After four weeks it will be considered a new set.
Refill Done At Other Places

We do NOT accept fills from other places. If you have lashes left from other salon, please book a new set + removal.

A $15 fee will be charged for lash removal from other places.

Lash removal done at OCHI is free.

If after the procedure you will not like the results- we’ll remove your lashes and give your money back!

If during the first week after the initial service you’ll lose more than 10% of your lashes, we will fix it. Please feel free to come in for a free touch up.
